As a (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/f/diverse), you will be a member of AUMOVIO's Global Law Department with main responsibility for providing legal advice for AUMOVIO SE and its subsidiaries on Corporate Law and M&A projects. This encompasses:
- Advice on Stock Corporation law, including the specifics of an SE
- Supporting the Annual Shareholders' Meeting
- Advice on Capital Market laws
- Advice on Corporate Governance topics
- Supporting Corporate Finance and related transactions
- Corporate Housekeeping for subsidiaries
- Advice on and support for M & A projects, with a focus on international transactions

The ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) will possess the following qualifications:
- Fully qualified lawyer in Germany
- Experienced in Corporate Law and/or M&A
- Fluent English and German language skills (both written and spoken)
- Business-minded and strong economic understanding
- Good communication skills
- Team player
