담당 업무

  • Provide comprehensive support to end users on SAP SD and PP processes and the related SCM tools and applications.
  • Conduct thorough potential process leak detection, correction and error avoidance to ensure system integrity.
  • Define and implement new process standards through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and ensure on-time implementation of new processes, developments and tools functionalities.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing across the organization to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Organize and deliver comprehensive trainings for SD and PP end users to improve system utilization.
  • Implement the strategies necessary to achieve the group targets and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP processes across departments.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for optimization and proposing solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of SAP processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Act as a liaison between the IT department and business units to ensure alignment of SAP functionalities with business requirements.
  • Participate in SAP upgrade projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and industry standards to drive continuous improvement.

지원자 프로필

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, and/or Information Technology.
  • Advanced English .
  • Experience: 
    • Using SAP in daily business, (Material Management, Production Planning & Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution, Material Flow & Warehousing).
    • Deployment and integration End-to-end SAP implementation process.
    • Project management.
    • Change Management.
  • Knowledge:
    • Of cross-functional business processes in Supply Chain Management.
    • SAP systems.
