Supervisor Operational Manager

Coordinate the warehouse area and internal logistics

Lead a team  people in two shifts

Leading the digitalization process warehouse

Control the Inbound/outbound process regarding the MRP, stocks level and support the WIP in partnership with the Factory

Ensure the FIFO process and aging of components in the warehouse

Daily support in shop floor doing logistics routines

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in supervising logistics operations.
• Experience in planning and organizing logistics activities.
• Knowledge of inventory and transportation management.
• Proficiency in computer tools and logistics management systems.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Focus on continuous improvement and quality control.
