Your tasks
Main tasks:
- Monitoring of Customs & Foreign Trade processes within the supply chain
- Support in operational import and export processes
- Creation of reports and statistics
- Processing of training materials and presentations
- Maintenance of the intranet presence
- Support in administrative tasks
Your profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in International Business, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in customs, foreign trade, and supply chain management.
- Basic understanding of import/export processes and international trade concepts (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, presentations, and data analysis.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create and interpret reports and statistics.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a multicultural environment.
