ANS PL4_Technical Project Lead for Body Control Unit / Zone Control Unit

• Lead JOEM customer project as main customer interface and technical project leadership in close collaboration with project leader in Europe and Singapore leading JOEM customer project
• Drive development activity and manage product roadmap towards customer
• Coordinate product strategy towards customer
• Manage local development team and interface with global development team and platform team

You will be managing Zone Control Unit and Integrated Body Control Unit - conceptualizing, realization, and industrialization with project team. You will be leading local project development activities and managing customer, in close collaboration with global development teams

Zone Control Unit: main elements in new vehicle architecture with zonal separation approach controlling massive number and cross function domain inputs and outputs

Body Control Module: central element of vehicle electronics, controlling numerous vehicle functions of electronic basis, comfort, and security functions in one unit

Other products in scope of the organization: Gateway / Door Control Unit / Seat Control Unit / Overhead Console / etc

• Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or similar
• At least 5 years working experience, preferred in automotive / consumer electronics industry
• Experience in full product life-cycle development in the field of Electrical Engineering / Software development / Systems Engineering
• Knowledge on project management in the areas of design and development
• Being pro-active, self-motivated and a good team player
• Customer-oriented with strong technical knowledge, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong language skills in both English and Japanese
