Technical

• Provides technical guidance and support to clients for medium complex tasks during the implementation, operation and decommissioning of new system/s.
• Drives and/ or supports development and implementation of the best balanced technological solution to meet the needs of the customer/ organization
▪ Provides support to services based on specific requests raised by customers (optional)

Processes

▪ Process and support plan design by applying knowhow of IT 
▪ Joins on request the actions and processes of day-to-day management of the information system in place in all its dimensions
▪ Ensures documentation is in line with technical and process needs  
 

Project & Methodology

• Participation in the project management of small, medium and large IT projects by coordinating, planning and estimating work packages    
▪ Analyzes customer needs, makes recommendations for project/ solution development and implementation
▪ Provides consultancy to projects or services based on requests raised by customers
▪ Ensures compliance with applicable rules and regulations, as well as current applicable constraints            
• Analyzing existing systems, infrastructure and processes to identify improvement potentials and to develop operationalization proposals
• Management of multiple projects simultaneously and effective prioritization of tasks
• Collaborates with other IT professionals, such as developers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery
• Fosters proper stakeholder management to ensure solutions and services comply with business requirements

Quality Assurance

▪ Establishes and ensures a common quality understanding (refer to Automotive IT Quality Manual)
▪ Designs, implements and sustains the quality criteria and quality processes for our IT services by employing tools or solutions that would efficiently meet required timing and resolution of topics.

▪ Ensures product quality in the assigned area following enterprise- defined risk management policies and procedures and achievement of quality targets
▪ Establishes management processes to monitor, to understand, to influence the systems and activities towards high quality

▪ Implements new or better IT security systems to increase productivity 
Manages basic SAP security roles to properly address the needs of the various business teams and audit requirements.
▪ Drives service improvements within own service area
Flexibility to work on implementation/upgrade/support activities based on the requirement on various functional tools supported by the team with strong adherence to work instructions. 

▪ Proposes measures to improve the quality and support the implementation (e.g. consider influence of Testing and Automation; consider influence of Requirements Management...) 
Able to document functional design, test cases and results according to business requirements.
 

Information Security

▪ Ensures transparency, knowledge and application of information security and data protection regulations and guidelines. 
▪ Monitors and analyses security threats while diagnosing issues of IT systems. 

Strategy/Innovation/Planning

• Understands customer requirements and business objectives.
• Research and stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements. Must be able to introduce, implement, train and support new technologies that would address changing business needs.
Assesses availability of new functionalities or updates in IT, tests and deploys them for end users with consultation to the functional lead.

• Provides strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
• Manages IT initiatives and collaborating with knowledge brokers
 

Training/Guidance and Knowledge Transfer

• C=Carries out unit testing and facilitate user testing. Provides ad-hoc training and advance consulting/IT services.

• Consultancy to state- of- the- art IT tools and methods

Organization Building/Support

Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations,  exercises of Core Values in every way.

Participates in  company initiatives.

Secures compliance conformity in all aspects of involvement.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent Diploma/Vocational Experience.

• Minimum of 3 years related working experience in GRC

• Possess essential skills and understanding of corporate governance & compliance
