RD_188-25 Senior Hardware Engineer 硬件工程师（重庆）

1. Responsible for the hardware development of the body controller, including requirements analysis, schematic design, PCB layout, functional performance verification, EMC optimization, and mass production support; 

2. Analyze electronic requirements, prepare software and hardware interface documentation and test plans.

3. Have an understanding of the principles and drivers of body control motors. 

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or a related field. 

Experience: 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics hardware development. 

Skills: Proficiency in the use of common electronic development instruments and equipment, such as soldering stations, programmable power supplies, and oscilloscopes. Familiarity with the key parameters, characteristics, and selection of common electronic components. Understanding of the development process, project management, and quality management processes for automotive electronic controllers. Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO 16750. 

Bonus Points: Experience with common automotive electronics development software or tools, such as CANOE and Lauterbach. CAN/LIN and Flexray Ethernet-related vehicle communication protocols. Experience in vehicle testing. Excellent oral and written English skills, CET-4 or above.
