IT Consultant for Windows Client global team (TM)

We're searching for a Windows Client specialist to strengthen our global Windows Client design team especially by integrating newest features, maintain security and functionality in our global Windows Client environment. As well, it should support our worldwide customers at the rollout, installation and troubleshooting processes of new Windows clients.

• 3rd level support for Windows Client services

• Participate and support global projects

• Responsible in developing & aligning the service for future requirements and trends

• Active Directory and Intune Client settings management

• Knowledge sharing within the global team and international IT administrators community.

• Graduate from IT as System Engineer with a degree, Information Technology Degree, or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree needed)

• Certication 2 to 3 years of experience supporting MS Windows environment (Client / Server)

• Certication or equivalent knowledge in supporting at least one operating system such as Windows 10 / 11

• Detailed knowledge about Windows Client and Windows Server and AD infrastructure.

• Good experiences in scripting with PowerShell

• Experience in managing local admin rights and security settings on clients

• Microsoft Azure/Intune and Microsoft Autopilot knowledge as a plus

• Basic knowledge about methodology and ITIL V3 best practices, as well as customer service

• Knowledge in agile project work or DEVOPs organizations as a plus

• Experience and willingness to work in international distributed teams.
