System Project Feature Owner

▪ Analyze, get agreement and harmonize the requirements with all stakeholders (include customer requirements and internal requirements).
▪ Give feasibility status and customer status to the customer requirement
▪ Map internal requirement to customer requirement 
▪ Trigger activity of writting internal requirement in case of no internal requirement to trace customer requirement▪ Perform impact analysis
▪ Perform technical safety concept (TSC)
▪ Configure IAT chain according to system definition and project information (VDS, OPP, Customer)
▪ Select the correct configurations of variant model according to the project input information (VDS, OPP, CPM etc.)
▪ Review monitor configuration to ensure the accuracy of the selected monitors, select the necessary monitors and delete unnecessary ones▪ Define, Align and Update Feature Maturity Content and Schedule
▪ Derive, Order and Drive Feature Development
▪ Escalate planning issues and maturity delay to project authorities
▪ Support test manager to define and review test scope for each system release▪ Support to solve project system related issue 
▪ Technical innovation and dailywork innovation

1. Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Automotive / Mechatronic / Electronic / Computer 
2. 5 years' experience for vehicle Electronic, SW or system development or minimum 3 years' experience on Electronic Brake System development
3. 3 years experience in research & development and in product development or at least one complete project experience 
4. With the experience of system PM, software PM or TPM 
5. Professional international assignment(s) for at least 1 year above 
6. Fluent Chinese
