1. Core Responsibilities Overview
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the supplier quality management system.
• Lead the team in supplier audits, performance evaluations, non-conformance handling, and quality capability enhancement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (with Procurement, R&D, Production, etc.) to drive preventive quality risk management within the supply chain.
2. Communication & Coordination
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to drive collaboration with Procurement, R&D, and other departments in resolving quality issues.
• Capable of negotiating with supplier senior management and managing crises (e.g., escalations for critical quality incidents).
3. Strategic Thinking
• Ability to develop supplier quality improvement roadmaps and proactively identify supply chain risks.
• Drive early supplier involvement (ESI) and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Tu perfil
1. Bachelor's degree or above-Engineering(Mechanical/Electronics/Materials, etc.) or a related field.
2. 8+ years of quality management experience, with at least 3 years in team leadership. Experience managing regional/global teams is a plus.
3. In-depth knowledge of quality standards and tools: IATF 16949 (automotive), VDA 6.3, APQP/PPAP, etc.
4. Familiar with end-to-end supply chain quality control (from development to mass production and post-market).
5. Proficient in quality tools: SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, 7 QC Tools, etc.
6. Capable of leading supplier audits (system, process, product) independently.
7. Strong data analysis and reporting skills (experience with Mini Tab or similar tools is preferred).
