▪ documentation as required by company/department regulation
▪ design for manufacture and production

Communication

▪ within project team
▪ within R&D team
▪ to customer
▪ to supplier
▪ escalation when the cost, time and risk is out of controlKnowledge

Sharing

▪documentation of non common knowledge

1. Education / Certification: Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering  / Mould design and Manufacture, or equivalent
2. Professional Experience: (Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)1-2 years of working experiences in Mechanical structure design
3. 1 year of working experiences within automotive industry desirable
4. Project and/or Process: Experience1 year of working experience in product research and development, or graduates
