Test System Development Engineer 测试系统开发工程师（芜湖QL）

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Test System Development Engineer to join our team in Wuhu, China. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test systems for our cutting-edge electronic products. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with efficient problem-solving skills to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

• Design and develop automated test systems for electronic products
• Create and implement test scripts and software using programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW
• Interface with various hardware components and communication protocols
• Analyze and interpret test results, providing detailed reports and recommendations
• Troubleshoot and debug test systems to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and testing processes
• Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans and procedures
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in test system development
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in test system development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and practices
• Experience with hardware interfacing and communication protocols
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
• Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Hands-on experience with automated test equipment and instrumentation
• Solid understanding of electronics and circuit design principles
• Knowledge of signal processing and measurement techniques
• Familiarity with industry standards and testing methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to work in Wuhu, China
