2nd AUMOVIO star Internship_Sales Intern

(Business Area - Architecture & Networking Solutions)

• Order fulfilment

1. Order / Delivery tracking
2. Dispatch & shipping schedule negotiation with plants & Customer in Korea
3. Troubleshooting for irregular logistics issues

• Demand planning & stock monitoring

1. Manage short and mid-long term customer demands & stocks by close communication with stake holders of AUMOVIO and Customer
2. Participate monthly internal Volume Review Meeting and provide inputs

• Shipping document management 

1. Control and match shipping documents for smooth deliveries 
2. Optimize shipping modes for minimized cost

• Payment Management

1. Track payment regularly
2. Take actions in case of overdue occurrence

• Support Sales Managers in Sales Team

• Bachelor degree (including current students)
• Any Major is considerable
• Interest in logistics job 
• Strong ownership and communication skills 
• Good at time management and team play
• Fluent English skill & Fluent Korean skill  (verbal / written)
• MS Office skill (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Share ideas / opinions proactively
