WBS_ Test Engineer (#158)

Purpose



ブレーキ部品(キャリパー、ブースター)の開発に関する実験業務に従事する。実験業務とは静的、動的試験評価、解析、検討を主とし、それに必要な準備、能力、ふるまいを求める。また、仕事に対し真面目に前向きに取り組む姿勢を要望する。

Work for testing area of development of Brake Part(Caliper, Booster). Testing work means mainly verification, analysis and consideration of static/dynamic testing with preparation/ability/behavior. Require a serious and the positive attitude towards for work.

Responsibilities

適任者を求めており、すべてを満たすことを要求していない。能力により未経験者も検討可能。経験によってはテストエンジニアではなく、テストリーダーとして検討も含む。詳細はインタビューにより判断。

 Looking for suitable people and we do not require to fulfill all. There is possible to confirm less experience of test engineering if you have ability including assign as test leader. The detail should be checked in the interview.

・ブレーキシステムの試験計画の立案・設計 
　  性能試験、耐久試験、環境試験の仕様書作成 
　  試験条件・手順・評価基準の設定

・実験・試験の実施 
　  台上試験（テストベンチ）、シミュレーション評価 
　  計測機器・センサーの設定、試験装置の操作 

・データ収集・解析 
　  試験データ解析（制動力/強度/各種ブレーキ性能） 
　  不具合解析、改善提案 

・試験報告書の作成・関係部門へのフィードバック 
　  日本語および英語での報告書作成（海外拠点との連携を含む） 
　  設計部門、品質保証部門との技術的ディスカッション 

・試験設備・計測機器の管理、校正、改善提案 

・安全規格・法規（ISO、FMVSS等）に基づく試験対応

Qualifications:

Basic required

• ロジカルシンキングができる
• 業務に前向きで、指示に対し自己考察を含め積極的に取り組むことができる
• MSはMOSエキスパート同等レベルが望ましい
• 日本語はネイティブレベル
• 英語は日常会話レベル
• 開発経験があればなお良し
• ダイナモ実務経験者なら、なお良し
• Could be logical thinking
• Having a positive attitude toward work and can proactively respond to instructions including self-reflection
• It is desirable to have MOS expart level or same for MicroSoft skill
• Japanese languege needs native level
• English needs conversational level
• Development experience preferred
• Experienced in dynamo bencth experiments, even better
