Your tasks

  • Plan and execute hardware development processes, including designing schematics, electrical diagrams, and selecting appropriate components for hardware systems. 
  • Lead EMC and reliability support activities, including planning, preparation, and execution of relevant test procedures. 
  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, address technical concerns, and ensure alignment throughout the hardware development and testing phases. 
  • Establish and maintain test environments across all test levels to support repeatable and reliable execution of EE Part Tests, EE Integration Tests, and EE Component Tests. 
  • Develop, set up, and utilize specific test environments for comprehensive testing of hardware components and systems. 
  • Perform systematic and detailed analysis to identify and resolve hardware-related issues effectively. 
  • Identify weaknesses, risks, and areas for improvement in hardware systems and testing processes, implementing solutions to enhance performance and reliability. 
  • Prepare and maintain detailed test results and provide comprehensive test documentation for all hardware releases. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication with stakeholders, including internal teams and customers, to ensure alignment on development and testing activities. 
  • Present test results, technical findings, and hardware specifications to customers and internal teams in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Collaborate with customers to address technical issues, gather feedback, and implement design or testing improvements. 
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customer service and analysis center activities, resolving hardware-related inquiries and challenges.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of hardware design, including schematics, electrical diagrams, and component selection. 
  • Testing Skills: Proficiency in setting up and managing test environments, executing hardware tests, and analyzing test results. 
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to perform systematic and abstract analysis to identify and resolve hardware-related issues. 
  • EMC & Reliability: Experience in planning and executing EMC and reliability tests for hardware systems. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with customers and stakeholders effectively. 
  • Documentation: Strong ability to document test results, technical findings, and hardware specifications comprehensively. 
  • Customer Focus: Experience in addressing customer requirements, resolving technical issues, and implementing feedback into hardware development. 
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. 
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to identifying risks, weaknesses, and areas for improvement in hardware systems.
