Internship – Supplier Quality & Change Management (PCNs) (Iasi)

Your tasks

As a Supplier Quality Change Management Intern, you will support the management of Product and Process Change Notifications (PCNs) — formal notifications through which suppliers propose changes that may impact product quality, manufacturing processes, or supply stability.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to supplier quality management, cross-functional collaboration and real industrial change management processes within a global automotive organization.

1. Supplier Change Management (PCNs)

  • Support the change management process by creating, managing, monitoring, and escalating Product / Process Change Notifications (PCNs) within AUMOVIO;
  • Align with suppliers and internal interfaces for new PCN requests and clarifications;
  • Track PCN status and ensure timely follow-up until closure.

 

2. Knowledge & Process Management

  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the PCN process (e.g. process updates, documentation clarity);
  • Support the development of training materials and training certification related to PCNs;
  • Support the development and improvement of IT tools used for PCN handling and tracking.

 

3. Quality Management

  • Use AUMOVIO internal quality procedures and tools to ensure product integrity during the processing of PCNs;
  • Support risk assessment activities related to supplier changes, under guidance of experienced SQM engineers.

 

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Ensure clear and timely communication of PCN status to all involved internal stakeholders (e.g. Quality, Purchasing, R&D, Project Management);
  • Support efficient coordination across international and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Ongoing University studies in Engineering (mechanics, electronics) or Economics;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
