  • Leads the preparation, approval, development, and implementation of investment projects, ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements and organizational objectives.
  • Manages project teams responsible for construction works, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards until final acceptance and contract closure.
  • Prepares and manages the documentation required for submitting investment projects to the Executive Committee for approval.
  • Conducts market research to identify potential suppliers and technical solutions needed for project implementation.
  • Plans, monitors, and synchronizes project activities with the master schedule and production start, ensuring proper project closure and evaluation.
  • Provides technical support regarding technical notifications, equipment procurement, and installation, while managing internal and external technical correspondence and documentation.
  • Organizes periodic evaluations of the project team and coordinates internal audits.
  • Maintains communication with clients to ensure proper project coordination and progress alignment.
  • Ensures that all processes comply with company standards, client requirements, and international regulations.
  • Oversees ongoing technical works and prepares progress reports.
  • Monitors and analyzes technical issues arising during the execution of investment projects.
  • Identifies and manages potential risks, implementing measures to minimize impact and prevent issues.
  • Coordinates project activities through regular team meetings and status updates.
  • Monitors project budgets, analyzes variances, and implements optimization measures to ensure efficient use of financial resources.

Your profile

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Degree in a technical field: Engineering, Architecture, Installations, or Construction.
  • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Project Management within an industrial environment.
  • Strong budget management capabilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  • IT proficiency: MS Office (Excel, Outlook), AutoCAD, Microsoft Project.
  • English language skills at intermediate/advanced level.

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

  • Authorized designer in technological installations or construction.
  • Professional Project Management certification
