Metrology Test Lab Leader

Your tasks

  • The Metrology Laboratory Leader is responsible for directing and supervising a metrology laboratory. His main responsibilities include: Developing and updating relevant metrological directives and documents.
  • Providing calibration of measuring instruments for accredited external bodies.
  • Controlling and organizing the calibration, measurement, verification system of testing equipment and temperature regulators in production machines.
  • This role is crucial to ensuring accuracy and consistency in measurements within an organization or industry, and requires a commitment.
  • Calibration and Maintenance: Performing precise measurements and calibrations of laboratory instruments in compliance with international standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all measurements made within the laboratory.
  • Measurement Procedures: Designing and implementing measurement procedures, interpreting measurement data, and reporting results.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other laboratory technicians, providing training and guidance, and contributing to research and development efforts.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering and Metrology capacitation.
  • At least 3 years experiences in operational quality tasks in plant and international environment.
  • Experience in personnel management to achieve the internal objectives through task management.
