IT Consultant for SAP HCM/Success Factors HR IT (TM)

Your tasks

The IT Consultant acts as experienced technical expert for AUMOVIO Global HR IT Applications. Our new colleague will be accountable for the operational excellence of the IT service, supporting our team during the rollouts, implementation of new demands and consult our business to find the best solutions.

Your tasks will include:

  • Configuration and support of HR IT systems: SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and SuccessFactors (Employee Central)
  • Participation in international projects incl. project management and consulting
  • International collaboration with HR business users (supporting HR business processes, system troubleshooting, consultancy, training, etc.)
  • Incident and change management of the HR IT systems
  • Optimization of the HR IT system landscape
  • Custom solution adjustments and development
  • Regional focus on Hungary (incl. legislation) and partly also on other EMEA countries
  • Continuous learning and developing new skills.

Your profile

  • Academic degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar
  • Profound knowledge in IT Service Management (ITIL based)
  • Knowledge in project management methodologies (agile is a plus)
  • Experience in managing external service providers
  • Knowledge and experience of HR systems SAP HCM / SuccessFactors (consultancy level is highly appreciated)
  • Understanding of HR processes
  • We prefer experience with any programming language; at minimum, the ability to analyze existing code or the ability to work with low‑code development platforms (e.g., Mendix) or RPA tools
  • Programming skills in ABAP, SAPUI5, etc.
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of Hungarian language (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills
  • Very good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all stakeholders
  • Independent, structured, results­ and customer­ oriented work method
  • Willingness to travel internationally (5-10%)
