IT Support & Automation Intern

Your tasks

As an IT Support & Automation Intern, your tasks are:

  • Performing hardware maintenance, asset management
  • Supporting Client & Server administration (BMC, AD, LanDesk, etc.).
  • Processing and handling tickets
  • Roll-out/implement centrally released and locally developed tools, digitalization projects/solutions (BI reports, RPA projects, Web based tools, etc.) to location
  • Design and implement tools, reports and dashboards based on local/central requirements.
  • Experiment with LLM-based tools (e.g., GPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges

Your profile

  • User support experience
  • Relevant software tools and software packages (Power BI, UIPath, RPA)
  • Software development skills (C# / .NET)
  • Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university for 6 months at least in a technical area: Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related area
  • Good command of English language
  • Able to work 24 hours/week in the office - between 9am and 5pm
  • Interest in generative AI and LLMs (e.g., GPT, CoPilot, Azure) 

In addition, it would be beneficial to: 

  • Have experience in Networks, PowerShell, CISCO network device
  • Work independently, accomplish the tasks accurately and precisely
  • Have team player attitude and good communication skills
  • Be interested in industry leading technologies, patterns, processes, and best practices
