Senior Legal Counsel (TM)

Your tasks

  • Draft, review, negotiate and manage a wide range of commercial contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Support contract lifecycle management, including negotiation and amendments.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
  • Assist in developing templates, guidelines, and best practices for contract management.
  • Utilize legal technology tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify and analyze legal risks, developing and implementing solutions to avoid, limit, or secure them
  • Provide legal and business advice necessary to support all company business areas and corporate functions with daily operations 
  • Collaborate closely with the regional and global law department members and members of the company’s other functions to find solutions to implement the strategy of the company.

Your profile

  • Academic degree in law, preferable a fully qualified lawyer or legal counsel.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in commercial law, preferably within an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law and international business law.
  • Superior contract drafting and negotiation abilities, preferably with strong experiences in an international environment.
  • Capability to standardize purchasing and sales terms, and conditions.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Romanian and English.
  • German language is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Structured and analytical thinking.
