Maintenance Manager - Grade 11
Your tasks
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in machining and assembly processes to lead our maintenance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment and facilities, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for machining and assembly equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in production machinery.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, reporting KPIs and performance metrics to senior management.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on reliability and efficiency.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in machining and assembly environments.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, assembly lines, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- English proficiency
