SW Quality Engineer - Displays, PCBs, Connectors

Your tasks

• Complaint management / Problem solving
- Initiate, manage 8D process in the event of supplier incidents at Incoming, Production, Customer or Warranty.
- Introduce and maintain improvements for problem prevention and recurrence.
- Monitor quality performance of the supplier.
- Maintain Lessons Learnt & read across data base of all incidents and events related suppliers.
• Escalation Management
- Initiate, execute and close loop escalation process (Early warnings / Red alerts) when necessary.
- Manage them using tool – Escalation tool box
• Audits Management
- Plan, execute and close loop process audits at Suppliers;
- Ensure effective implementation of improvements arising from the audits.
• Supplier Management
- Drive Supplier Improvement Programs when necessary.
- Plan, initiate, control and report quality performance Indicators. (Inc. 5D Cycle Time, 8D score, Audits)
- Drive supplier nonconformance Costs (NCC) reimbursements due to quality issues.
• Change Management
- Manage effective implementation of change Management ( Engineering Change Note / Process change note )

Your profile

B.E. / B.Sc in Electronics and relevant area with least 8 – 10 years of experience in supplier quality management / quality management having knowledge of Primarily Display (LCDs, TFTs); additionally, PCB (multilayer); and Connectors knowledge is recommended.
