Analysis&Rework Intern

Your tasks

  • Identify and analyze the primary causes of failures in daily production of electronics, focusing on assembly and test processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis for parts failing during assembly and testing, ensuring accurate diagnosis and solution identification.
  • Make informed proposals for scrap decisions based on a technical assessment of process and product characteristics, as outlined in technical documentation.
  • Analyze and repair data recording issues in the traceability system and ensure accurate data reporting.
  • Perform retesting, reworking, or touch-up of parts whenever required to meet quality standards.    
  • Ensure compliance with safety criteria within the area of responsibility and actively monitor adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and promote measures to prevent safety violations within the area of responsibility.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree or currently studying for bachelor's degree in engineering or management field.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Able to join an internship for 6 months.
