Your tasks

PCN/PTN coordination

  • Responsibilities cover all Asia projects/locations
  • Support impacted projects identification
  • Distribute the info to the team members of impacted projects
  • Push the decision making on impacted projects and collect the sample demand
  • Coordinate sample order, delivery and validation
  • Track the handling decision of impacted projects
  • Document and release PCN/PTN in system

Change and Configuration Management

1. Version management

1) Setting up of structure in MKS/PDS/GitHub (version management tools) on Software and System level. 

2) Accessibility of MKS/PDS/GitHub(supporting) (version management tools) by all people involved in the project. 

3) Definition of version management rules.

2. Change management

1) Manages the change management tool(e.g.: JIRA).

2) Reporting/audit  the status of the change.

3)  JIRA related task continuous improvement.

4) Communicate the knowledge with other locations.

3. Report

1) Work on CM plan and is responsible for CM report for projects.

4. General

1) Supports the users in version management, system change management system, network drive.

2) Supports the projects in assessments / audits.

3) Supports the Quality Engineers in enhancing the processes including the release processes.

4) CM System Maintenance support (including possible CM system transfer).
