Communications Project Management Intern

Your tasks

At AUMOVIO, Autonomous Mobility Hungary, and its Artificial Intelligence Development and Application Development centres, we are creating the next generation of software solutions to power safety-critical systems and enable autonomous driving features in new vehicles around the globe. We are working towards Vision Zero, a goal to eliminate thousands of fatal accidents happening every day on the world’s roads. Our aim is to develop cutting edge techniques that sense and understand the vehicle environment.

Your Role

We are looking for a Communications Project Management Intern to join our team, supporting the Project Manager responsible for communication, public relations, facility management and operative projects within the Central Team. This internship offers a diverse experience across internal communications, event coordination, office and facility management, and visual content creation. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to international projects within AUMOVIO’s Business Area Autonomous Mobility.

Whether you already have some work experience or are just getting started, this position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Your Tasks

  • Supporting the organization of internal events – from concept development until execution (e.g. internal celebrations, retention events, team buildings, workshops)
  • Supporting the firm’s attendance at external events – including conferences, job fairs, student visits
  • Managing daily operational and facility management-related projects and tasks
  • Managing communication and service requests with external partners, agencies and event organizers
  • Preparing presentation materials and visual materials using online editing tools
  • Supporting content creation for internal and external channels (the internal weekly newsletter, stories for our Intranet, social media posts)
  • Handling administrative tasks related to communication and facility management
  • Supporting ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Your profile

Your Profile

  • Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university for at least 6 months in the area of: Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Required languages: advanced English and native Hungarian
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in presentation preparation and visual content creation
  • Keen interest in event management and communications
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Able to work 24 hours/week - between 9 AM and 5 PM, with occasional flexibility for events outside regular hours

Not required, but nice to have

  • Experience in a corporate or creative agency setting, especially in event or office management
  • Awareness of the current industry trends, especially when it comes to social media
  • Essential skills for photo editing and graphic design – e.g., using online editing tools
  • Ability to work and collaborate in an agile team environment.
