車に搭載されるディスプレイ表示およびコンピュータビジョン用途のカメラ光学系、イメージセンサー、光電子技術の開発を担当するカメラセンサー技術エンジニアの募集です。採用された方は、日本の顧客と密接に連携し、顧客の技術的ニーズをカメラソリューションへ適応させるのと同時に、グローバルな製品チームと協力して開発活動を推進していただきます。

•    自動車向けディスプレイ表示およびコンピュータビジョン用途のカメラ光学系、イメージセンサー、光電子部品の開発
•    日本の顧客要件を理解し、カメラシステム設計に適応、反映
•    グローバルなクロスファンクショナル製品チームと連携し、日本市場の活動を協議、合意
•    社内外のステークホルダーと協力し、プロジェクト計画、マイルストーン管理、技術協議を実施
•    顧客向け開発プロジェクトのモジュール設計やセンサー技術の支援(光学、機構、電子を含む)、顧客との画質改善、シミュレーション、キャリブレーション活動をサポート
•    デモ活動、プロモーション、受注活動に参画し、事業拡大や先行技術開発を支援
•    試作定義、納入、量産試験システム改善など、生産チームを顧客要求に沿ってサポート
•    現行および次世代カメラ向けのイメージセンサー仕様策定、ベンチマーク、最適化に貢献
•    自動車用カメラセンサー技術に関する要件、仕様、知識の文書化および管理
•    技術課題の責任を持ち、正式なリーダー職に就かずともクロスファンクショナルな調整を推進


Camera Sensor Technology Engineer focusing on the development and integration of camera optics, image sensors, and optoelectronic technologies tailored for automotive applications in both human and computer vision. The successful candidate will work closely with Japanese customers to interpret adapt their technical needs into camera solutions, while collaborating with a global cross-functional product team. 

•    Develop and integrate camera optics, image sensors, and optoelectronic components for automotive applications in human and computer vision.
•    Interpret and adapt Japanese customer requirements into tailored camera system designs.
•    Collaborate with a global cross-functional product team to align market development activities.
•    Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project planning, milestone tracking, and technical alignment.
•    Support application project module design and sensor integration across optics, mechanics, and electronics, including image quality improvement, simulation, and calibration activities with customers.
•    Engage in demonstration, promotional, and acquisition activities to support business expansion and advanced engineering.
•    Support production teams with sample definition, delivery, and improvements to production test systems aligned with customer requirements.
•    Contribute to specification, benchmarking, and optimization of image sensors for current and future camera generations.
•    Document and manage requirements, specifications, and knowledge related to automotive camera sensor technologies.
•    Take ownership of technical topics and coordinate cross-functional input without formal leadership responsibilities.

Your profile

•    電気工学、オプトエレクトロニクス、物理学、または関連分野における学士号以上の学位
•    イメージセンサー技術、光学、光電子部品の開発および評価(測定・品質評価を含む)に関する知識と実務経験
•    テストシステム・量産システムを含む自動車用カメラシステム開発の経験、および自動車開発プロセスへの理解
•    要求工学、ドキュメント作成、要求管理に関するスキル
•    FMEAやDRBFMなどの自動車品質・信頼性手法に関する実務経験
•    日本の完成車メーカー(JOEM)との業務経験、および顧客との直接的な協業経験
•    国際的・多文化的・クロスファンクショナルなチーム環境で効果的に業務を行う能力
•    技術課題に対する強い責任感、問題解決能力、複数分野にわたる調整能力
•    日本語および英語での流暢またはビジネスレベルの運用能力(読み書き・会話)、ならびに優れたコミュニケーション能力

 

•    University degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Physics, or a related field.
•    Knowledge and hands-on experience in image sensor technology, optics, and optoelectronic component development and evaluation (including measurement and quality assessment).
•    Experience in developing automotive camera systems, including test and production systems, with familiarity with automotive development processes.
•    Proficiency in requirements engineering, documentation, and requirements management.
•    Practical experience with automotive quality and reliability methodologies such as FMEA and DRBFM.
•    Experience working with Japanese OEMs (JOEM) and direct customer collaboration.
•    Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural, and cross-functional team environment.
•    Strong ownership of technical topics, problem-solving skills, and ability to coordinate input across disciplines.
•    Fluent or business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken), along with strong communication skills.
