Your tasks

  • Coaching and training of Maintenance Technicians.
  • Assist with troubleshooting to reduce the machine down time rate.
  • Work in cross functional teams, assist with technical knowledge and data analysis.
  • Support workshop organization.
  • Finish department and group target.
  • Introduce TPM method and perform activities to keep it as golden level.
  • Support KPI improvement activities.
  • Preventive maintenance management.
  • Maintenance files and record management.
  • Spare part management and KPI reporting.
  • Increase equipment availability, by organizing preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Increase equipment availability, by installing predictive maintenance tools.
  • Detailed feedback of information about the machine downtime, participation in cross functional problem solving.
  • Support improvement of TPM standards.
  • Use Lean Management tools for problem solving (5 Why, A3, lessons learned).

Your profile

  • Vocational or educational in a technical field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the Maintenance field of automotive manufacturing or a similar field.
  • Technical realization of production equipment, process capability, and process documentation.
  • Product knowledge and Controlling Knowledge.
  • Technical knowledge (Mechanics, pneumatics, electronics).
  • QMS / BPM Knowledge, Quality Orientation, and Quality tools.
  • Experience with Automotive Maintenance standards.
  • Familiar with TPM.
  • Prototype build and Quality in Launch.
  • Customer and Supplier Orientation.
  • Lean Manufacturing.
  • Equipment and spare part management.
  • Good communication in English - speaking, listening, reading and writing.
