Lean Management - Intern
Your tasks
The intern will play a strategic role in strengthening the organizational culture through the implementation of Visual Management initiatives. He/She will be responsible for conceiving, developing, and proposing visual solutions that enhance communication within offices, meeting rooms, and production areas, contributing to process standardization and the consolidation of corporate identity.
The activities will focus on the conceptualization of visual boards, the design of high-impact communication spaces, as well as the production of multimedia content (videos, signage, graphic materials) aimed at ensuring clarity, transparency, and accessibility of information across all organizational levels.
This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and execution capability, ensuring that every proposal is harmoniously integrated with global corporate standards while generating tangible value in the employee experience.
Your profile
- Be an active student with at least one year remaining to complete a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Interior Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with an interest in corporate visual communication management.
- Hold valid student insurance or major medical insurance.
- Technical competencies:
- Functional knowledge of design and multimedia editing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Canva, or equivalents).
- Essential knowledge of Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint) for structuring and presenting proposals.
- Desirable: basic understanding of audiovisual production for institutional video creation.
- Personal skills:
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to transform abstract concepts into high-impact visual solutions.
- Assertive and persuasive communication, with the ability to present proposals at different organizational levels.
- Proactivity and autonomy, results-oriented with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Meticulous attention to detail and discipline in applying corporate standards.
- Adaptability and teamwork, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams within dynamic environments.
- Language:
- Intermediate English, both written and spoken, to support communication and documentation needs.
