IT Support & Automation Intern
Deine Aufgaben
As an IT Support & Automation Intern, your tasks are:
- Performing hardware maintenance, asset management
- Supporting Client & Server administration (BMC, AD, LanDesk, etc.).
- Processing and handling tickets
- Roll-out/implement centrally released and locally developed tools, digitalization projects/solutions (BI reports, RPA projects, Web based tools, etc.) to location
- Design and implement tools, reports and dashboards based on local/central requirements.
- Experiment with LLM-based tools (e.g., GPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges
Dein Profil
- User support experience
- Relevant software tools and software packages (Power BI, UIPath, RPA)
- Software development skills (C# / .NET)
- Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university for 6 months at least in a technical area: Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related area
- Good command of English language
- Able to work 24 hours/week in the office - between 9am and 5pm
- Interest in generative AI and LLMs (e.g., GPT, CoPilot, Azure)
In addition, it would be beneficial to:
- Have experience in Networks, PowerShell, CISCO network device
- Work independently, accomplish the tasks accurately and precisely
- Have team player attitude and good communication skills
- Be interested in industry leading technologies, patterns, processes, and best practices
