• Motivate people to implement Lean Management in their area of ​​responsibility
• Coordinate and report the savings measures generated in your BA or Department.
• Promote continuous improvement of current manufacturing concepts for the implementation of LM principles and methods
• Ensure that the improvement projects that are being worked on in its area of ​​influence are aligned with the general strategy of the plant

• Bachelor's degree: Engineering
• 2 - 3 years experience in similar position
• Advanced English
• Knowledge:
