Intern in Purchasing Department

During our 6 months internship program in Purchasing Department, you will have the opportunity to learn, improve and gain experience working in a company that is one of the leaders in the industry. You will also be a part of a diverse team of experts and be involved in day-to-day business, undertake a variety of tasks. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Tracking and resolving emails
• Tracking the status of purchase orders
• Creating suppliers in the system
• Participation in the process of system automation
• Implementing request for quotation including offers evaluation
• Offer evaluation, creation of offer comparisons, cost and price analyses, conduct negotiations and prepare sourcing decisions

• Final year or bachelor’s degree in Economy, Business Administration, or related field
• Without prior experience In the same or related field
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken 
• Team spirit, commitment, willingness to work in a service-oriented team
• Good communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
